Dear experts; we are in urgent need of forced circulation water pumps for waste heat boilers. The medium temperature is 251°C, with an inlet pressure of 4.3 Mpa and an outlet pressure of 4.5 Mpa, and the flow rate is 400 m3/h. Could you recommend some reputable brands, both domestic and international, that have a track record of successful use in such applications?
I remember that reactors for continuous reforming all require forced circulation; you could ask the reforming department about this. In the past, no attention was paid to the brand of this pump during reforming processes, so the requirements aren’t very strict.
Such a high inlet pressure? Ordinary mechanical seals probably won’t work. The maximum API standard is only 4MPa. If that’s the case, use a shielded pump instead. Haimi Antimony, Dalian Empire, American Fox. I know they have many projects related to high-pressure hydrogenation circulation pumps. Fors is too expensive; it is not recommended.
Domestic or imported? What is the full name of the Bo Pump manufacturer? What are your operating parameters (flow rate, inlet pressure, outlet pressure, etc.), and which manufacturer’s mechanical seal do you use? How is it working?
Bopum is a domestic brand from Shandong; our company has used other pump products manufactured by them
I also want to know about the circulating hot water pump for the reforming boiler
