Can HaiChuan’s username be changed?

I’ve been using the same username for several years now; I’d like to change it to a new one. I’m not sure if it’s possible to do that. Even if it means spending some money or something. Hai Chuan’s username shouldn’t be fixed for life, right? I think it’s fine if the ID stays the same; the username can be changed easily by spending some money, which could also help generate income for Hai Chuan :)
