The concentration of sodium methoxide is 29%, with the remainder being methanol (containing less than 0.1% water). I would like to increase this concentration to over 45%; please advise me on how to do this
Use a rake dryer directly to produce solids; however, it seems that 45% sodium methoxide does not dissolve

I have been working in the field of sodium methoxide for seven or eight years. If you want to increase the purity to 45%, you can use a concentrator, provided that you control the time involved; the longer the time, the more methanol will be concentrated. You can also use a dryer to achieve a purity level of 98-99%, allowing for the recycling of methanol
