This is the preliminary concept for fault diagnosis, involving the pre-setting of maintenance tasks. However, this needs to be determined based on the characteristics of the company’s equipment. It is also advisable to consult the maintenance records to identify which parts are prone to failure and what the typical interval between failures is. Relying solely on a equipment maintenance plan is not as reliable as referring to the information contained in the maintenance records.
