The lower 3000 mm of the cylinder wall has a thickness of 6 mm, while the upper 4500 mm has a thickness of 4 mm. The thickness of the flat cover flange is 4 mm, and it includes reinforcing ribs in a cross-shaped pattern [16a]. Is this reasonable? Using SW6, the calculated thickness of the flat cover flange turns out to be too large. It would be great if you could help me calculate it and also explain the process to me
It has a diameter of over 3 meters, and 6 mm in thickness is a bit thin. Both transportation and installation are problems.
With such a large diameter, the larger end of the conical head definitely needs to be reinforced
