Sharp macro analytical and decision-making skills, knowledge of design project management and technical management, familiarity with the project management processes in the chemical industry, as well as a broad and deep understanding of various specialties within this field ; 4) Those with a senior engineer title or higher, as well as a certified chemical engineering qualification, will be given priority. 4. Director/Senior Engineer (Storage and Transportation): 1) A bachelor’s degree or higher, in a related field such as chemistry or petroleum storage and transportation; 2) A doctorate holder with 3 years of experience, or a master’s degree holder with 8 years of experience, or an undergraduate graduate with 10 years or more of work experience in design-related roles in the chemical/petroleum industry, holding a grade A or higher qualification; 5 years of experience in a leadership role or similar position ; 3) Proficient in applying design standards, codes, and regulations; possess the capability to carry out general professional design work for chemical production facilities at all stages of chemical engineering projects, including preliminary process preparation, process package development, conceptual design, and detailed design; and able to guide designers in formulating technical and operational standards ; 4) Those with a senior engineer title or higher, as well as relevant professional qualification certificates, will be given priority. 8.
