The chemical industry is currently in a downturn, and this sluggish situation will continue. Working 8 hours a day is extremely stressful; there are few projects, short project durations, and low pay. Going to the office every day feels really oppressive. It’s not clear whether there is any room for advancement in state-owned enterprises; everyone is discussing this issue. With the company undergoing reforms and restructuring, the future seems very uncertain. At present, there’s even a lack of motivation to learn new things, and basic living standards are being affected. Both the newer employees who joined first and those with more experience consider the current management system to be unreasonable and devoid of humanity. How exactly is such an environment resolved? . . . . .
This is the painful phase of shuffling. Do the work at hand calmly, don’t forget to recharge yourself, and wait for the right opportunity. It is also an era that demands patience.
Since you’re here, just get to work. Don’t worry about what others think; as long as you don’t act up, study the past project documents more, go to the site to see things in person, and exchange experiences with the workers.
Only by keeping learning and making progress can one avoid falling behind...
