Job title: R&D Engineer. Requirements: 1. Male, bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemical engineering; 6+ years of work experience in the chemical or polymer materials industry ； 2. More than 2 years of work experience in the research and development of related products. Job skill requirements: 1. Possess comprehensive knowledge of chemical engineering, as well as expertise in chemical production and polymerization processes. 2. Understand the production equipment, manufacturing processes, analysis methods, etc., related to polymerization, and be familiar with the use of professional software such as AUTOCAD. 3. Familiar with the chemical R&D system and specific implementation methods. 4. Possess strong skills in analyzing and solving problems. Job responsibilities: 1. Research on new products/processes. 2. Pilot/medium-scale testing of new products/processes. 3. Pilot testing, trial production, and acceptance of new products/processes. 4. Preparation and submission of technical documents such as company patents and project proposals. 5. The company’s external technical exchange activities. Polymerization Center Engineer: Job requirements: 1. Male, bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemical engineering, with over 5 years of work experience in chemical production-related fields ； 2. More than 2 years of work experience in PA6 polymerization. Job skill requirements: 1. Possess comprehensive knowledge in chemical engineering ； 2. Possess professional knowledge in chemical production and polymer synthesis ； 3. Familiar with production equipment, production processes, analysis methods, etc., related to polymerization ； 4. Familiar with the use of professional software such as AUTOCAD, and possess strong skills in analyzing and solving problems. Specific job responsibilities: 1. Overall planning and formulation of production plans. 2. Coordination of daily work among various departments in the aggregation center. 3. Compilation and organization of data related to daily production. 4. Organization of monthly production meetings. 5. Assist with customer service-related tasks.
