The radar level measurement system provided by the original manufacturer is not mature enough, which leads to frequent malfunctions; for example, the system cannot receive data, the data received is inaccurate, it fails to reflect changes in the liquid level in the tanks in a timely manner, and the errors are quite large. The system is very unstable. It is now planned to improve this system, and valuable suggestions from relevant parties are welcome. The focus is on the level gauge instruments and software systems. First, there are issues related to the parameter settings of the level gauge itself. 2. It’s important to ensure that the model of the probe rod matches that of the probe. 3. I have worked on liquid level control systems for large oil storage tanks, using a magnetostrictive level sensor in combination with MODBUS communication to transmit data on liquid level and temperature to the computer system.
