Is it better to produce sulfuric acid or sulfur in the sulfur recovery process of ammonia synthesis plants?

There is a current ammonia synthesis plant that uses NHD for gas purification and desulfurization and decarbonization; the acidic gases generated need to be recovered. This recovery process can be used to produce sulfuric acid or sulfur. When the annual production capacity of ammonia is 180,000 tons, it is unclear whether it is better to use the process for producing sulfuric acid or one for producing sulfur. I was wondering if anyone experienced could provide a comparison of the advantages of these two processes.
