Which companies in Xinjiang sell liquid chlorine, what is their production volume, and how much is it per ton?
The chlor-alkali enterprises in Xinjiang include Tianye, Zhongtai, Yihua, Shengxiong, and also Yili Nangang. As for the volume of liquid chlorine produced, that is not clear. I guess the price of liquid chlorine, including the cost of loading it, is almost equivalent to giving it away for free.
