Our company has built a new central control room (on the first floor) for a petrochemical enterprise. The management has decided to relocate all departments to this central control room for centralized work. Are there any requirements regarding safety? ? Is it feasible? ? ?
All departments? What does that mean? Haven’t heard of such a thing before!
Create a backup disk for the system to use in case of failures (it’s rarely needed). Working in a centralized control room facilitates information sharing, saves time, and allows for prompt resolution of issues in the production system
I’ve seen similar control rooms; they facilitate mutual supervision, with information exchange being a secondary concern. With more control room staff present, it becomes difficult for those on site to communicate with each other; Safety exits must be provided in the control room, fire-fighting equipment must be available, and backups must be created when the systems are updated.
Feasible. Consider the following aspects: 1. Fire and explosion resistance safety. It is recommended to entrust a design firm to create a design that meets your office requirements and addresses such safety needs; subsequently, you can carry out the \"three inspections and four confirmations\" in accordance with GB50160 and GB50779 to prevent such issues from arising. 2. Management feasibility. Generally, in accordance with the requirements for controlled operation and management, it is possible to request a \"zoned design\" from the design institute, whereby the central control operation area, rest area, office area, and cabinet room are separated from each other.
The production department should be located in the control room, while the logistics department should be situated in the office building
In addition to the company office, other departments including the Equipment Department, the Safety and Environment Department, the Project Department, and various production workshops are all located together
