After the centrifugal pump is evacuated, the pressure gauge shows significant fluctuations, but does the actual head change? How to change? Why? Help! ! ! !
The head multiplied by the density of the medium (unit conversion is necessary) yields a pressure; adding the pump inlet pressure gives the pump outlet pressure.
Yes, if cavitation occurs, the average density decreases and the pressure indicated by the pressure gauge drops. I think the actual head remains unchanged. What do you think?
