What material is suitable for an oven containing a small amount of hydrofluoric acid?

Our factory uses a type of fluororubber that needs to be dried in an oven at around 130 degrees Celsius. During this drying process, a small amount of hydrofluoric acid may be generated. The 304 material currently in use is being corroded; does anyone with expertise have any suitable materials to recommend?
I checked, and Monel 400 will work, but the price seems really high! How about 316L?
Sprayed PFA can handle temperatures up to 200 degrees without issues, and its price is relatively acceptable

We have a device that creates negative pressure; it’s a cubic device with dimensions of 2*2*2 meters, and there is a door on the front side that is also 2*2 meters in size. Will bubbling occur after using it for some time during spraying?
The PFA coating is resistant to negative pressure, high temperatures, and hydrofluoric acid corrosion. Since PFA is resistant to your environment, it won’t bubble. Many cases have been completed. Chat on QQ specifically.
