Questions about chlorophenol

I would like to consult experts on p-chlorophenol. For pilot-scale testing, a small amount of p-chlorophenol was provided by the manufacturer. After conducting the tests, the desired product was not obtained. Additionally, it was found that according to available data, the melting point of p-chlorophenol is 42°C; however, even when heated to 60°C, no melting occurred. I communicated with the manufacturer and was informed that the sample provided was indeed p-chlorophenol. I would like to know whether it is possible for p-chlorophenol not to melt even when heated above its melting point
Brother might have run into possessed chlorophenol. In fact, for any chlorophenol product, its melting point does not exceed 42 degrees
