Installation height and level control of kettle reboilers

I would like to ask everyone how to determine the installation height of a kettle-type reboiler; that is, how should the difference between the liquid level inside the kettle and the normal liquid level at the bottom of the tower be taken into account? The level control of the vertical baffle buffer in the reboiler and the level control in the tower bottom are implemented through what interlocks. Thank you.
Does no one know? I also want to learn about it* – is it enough for the static pressure difference to overcome the losses in the pipeline?
