Which specialty is responsible for designing the automatic fire alarm system? ? ? Urgent! Urgent! Urgent! ! Is it: 1. If flammable or explosive substances are involved, does the process specify the location of substance release and its properties? 2. For ordinary industrial buildings, should the fire alarm system be designed by fire protection specialists, who would specify where temperature-based alarms are needed, the alarm control methods, and electrical requirements, to be handed over to the building electrical team? ? 3. Some people say it is handled by building electrical services and has nothing to do with the fire protection field? ? ? How did you do it? ? ?
Should it still be handled by the telecommunications specialists? ? ?
In the past, factories mostly used process-related media as the detection sources, with the instrumentation team responsible for selecting them and the installation team handling their placement.
We recently worked on an automatic fire alarm system; first, the process and fire protection teams determined whether such a system was necessary. It was specified that after deciding to install an automatic fire alarm system, the process engineering and fire protection teams would put forward their requirements: for example, what methods should be used to monitor fires, and what actions should be taken once an alarm is triggered. The parts that fall under the scope of automation control are handled by the automation control team, while those that require electrical work are taken care of by the electrical team. After both the electrical and automation control tasks are completed, a joint sign-off is given! :)
