This post was last edited by wang*neng on 2016-12-29 at 20:01. A complaint letter: I am the owner of a car with license plate Yu C**R**. Reason for the complaint: In December 2014, I purchased a sedan for personal use in the urban area, and it was registered at the Beibei Vehicle Administration Office. Given that I have spent a long time working and living in Bishan, in November 2015 I went to the Beibei vehicle registration office to transfer my vehicle to the Bishan vehicle registration office. Before going through the procedures for transferring the vehicle, I called the Chongqing Road and Bridge Management Center to inquire about the road and bridge fees in the main city after the transfer. The relevant staff member replied that once the vehicle is moved out of the main city, payment for road and bridge usage in the main city is on a voluntary basis; if no payment is made in the following year, the subscription is automatically canceled, and there is no need to go to the road and bridge office to handle the cancellation process. On November 27, 2016, I went to the Bishan Vehicle Administration Office to handle the annual vehicle inspection and obtain the inspection sticker, only to be informed that I could not proceed with the process because I had not paid the annual road and bridge fee for the Chongqing urban area for 2016. I asked the officer in charge at the Bishan Vehicle Administration Office, and he said it has nothing to do with them; it’s a problem of the Road and Bridge Center. So I called the Chongqing Road and Bridge Management Center again, and they replied that it had nothing to do with them; it was a problem with the Bishan Vehicle Administration Office. I was kicked back and forth like a ball by two **departments. At my insistence, I called the Chongqing Road and Bridge Center to arrange a conversation between the staff at the Bishan Vehicle Registration Office and the employees of the road and bridge center. It turned out that the problem was this: when the Bishan Vehicle Registration Office handled the process of transferring my vehicle registration in December 2015, it failed to update the electronic records; my vehicle’s electronic registration information remained in Shapingba, in the main urban area. I had no choice but to pay the 2,300 yuan annual fee for roads and bridges in the main city for 2016. At the same time, I also requested that the electronic records of my vehicle be updated to Bishan. The police handling the related case promised that it had been taken care of. On December 28, 2016, I drove to the Chongqing Road and Bridge Management Center to check again; the information in my vehicle registration file had not yet been updated. So I called the Bishan Vehicle Administration Office once more, and they replied that the changes had been made but that the information was still being transmitted, suggesting that I try to check again after a day. On December 29, 2016, I called the Chongqing Road and Bridge Center again to inquire, and the reply was: no change. So I called the Bishan Vehicle Administration Office again to ask, and the reply was that there might be a problem with the information transmission between the office’s information platform and the platform of the Road and Bridge Center. In this incident, it was entirely the Bishan Vehicle Administration Office that failed to take responsibility, causing me losses and wasting my working time. Even after the issue became clear, they kept shirking their duties, treating the people like a ball to be passed around from one person to another. Since the Party’s * era, **** led by ** has attached great importance to people’s livelihood issues, striving to address the problems in ** departments such as difficult access, unfriendly attitudes, and inefficient service, and making every effort to build service-oriented **. I never expected that the Bishan Vehicle Administration Office to feign compliance with the Party’s policies while actually acting against them, showing no responsibility, shirking duties, and ignoring the interests of the people. Urgent requests: 1. Hold accountable those police officers who fail to carry out their duties or shirk responsibility, and resolve the issue regarding the changes to the electronic records of my vehicle. 2. Refund the annual road and bridge fee of 2,300 yuan for Chongqing’s urban area in 2016 to the individual ; 3. Compensation for the labor costs incurred by the individual in handling this transaction (2.5 days of leave), amounting to 500 yuan.
It is common in society to face difficulties in getting things done, difficulty in entering places, unfriendly treatment, and a condescending attitude from others…:lol
I feel the same way; let me share an incident that happened around me: the heating in our residential complex wasn’t working properly. We joined forces with several other residents to report the issue to the property management. They sent people to check the pipes, adjust the system, and clean the filters, but the heating still didn’t work. So we turned to the heating company, which was very cooperative – they opened the heating valves and return valves to increase the pressure of the hot water. After maintaining the temperature for a few days, the weather turned cold and the indoor temperature dropped again. The property management and the heating company were at a loss, so the residents reported the issue to **. The heating authorities stepped in to mediate, taking the residents to the property management office and asking them to adjust the system and clean the pipes; however, the property management said that these tasks had already been discussed. Some property owners said, “Why was it quite warm the year before last, but not last year? And it’s even less warm this year. Is it possible that this heating system isn’t capable of heating such a large complex?” Upon hearing this, the heating management office replied, “Ah, then ask the property management to prepare a report detailing the situation in which the complex is unable to heat all the residents, and submit it to the housing authority so that they can handle it.” The property management said, “I can’t issue this report, as we are not professionals; we don’t know whether this heat exchange station is capable of providing heating for the entire complex. Moreover, we’re not aware of how the heating system will function, so it’s up to the heating company to issue such a report.” The heating company replied, “We also can’t issue this report. We don’t know how many valves there are in your secondary network or how many distribution cylinders there are. Additionally, we can’t represent the wishes of the residents.” Later, people suggested that the heating department should prepare this report, but the department said, “We know nothing about the situation in this residential complex; we’re unable to prepare such a report.” The matter kept getting pushed around; the heating department said they couldn’t resolve the situation at the moment and then left. With this back-and-forth passing of the buck, the problem was ultimately left unresolved.
I didn’t finish it, but I smiled when I thought of Triump. This guy was in a lawsuit over copyright issues; Trump lost the case and was ordered to pay 100 dollars to the other party. As a result, Trump became president, and the courts hoped that Trump would win. ;P
The laws of any country may have flaws.
It’s not a problem with defects; it’s simply that no work is done at all.
