How do ultrasonic level gauges clean themselves? Dear users, during operation, ultrasonic and radar level gauges tend to develop fog as a result of the medium present, which can lead to scaling. Do you have any good methods for self-cleaning these devices during use? Thank you all.
Guide factory air through (a diameter of φ8 or φ10 is sufficient) and blow firmly toward the probe
When we inserted it, we put a 10-mm trachea in, positioned horizontally across the probe. And the air circuit switch is controlled by a solenoid valve. If there’s a problem, just open the solenoid valve and blow on it.
