The train ticket vending machine does not accept bank cards

Yesterday, I tried to buy tickets at the ticket machine at Luoyang Station using my bank card (Zhongyuan Bank); it didn’t work several times, and trying different machines didn’t help either. I wonder if the ticket vending machine can select a bank card – have you all encountered this situation before? :dizzy:
What’s the use of a bank card? I’ve bought things on-site; it’s all done through online payment, with ticket collection being the only thing that takes place on-site
A few large banks will work, but smaller banks won’t
Book tickets with your phone and pay with K-code – no need for a card
A UnionPay logo should be needed; maybe it can be used for identification
