The Ingersoll Rand air compressor trips with an error indicating too low pressure before separation, and after restarting it shows an error asking to check the motor rotation direction? I need everyone’s help.
First, was there any movement of the electrical components after the machine stopped working? Could it be a wiring issue? Second, could the compressor have rotated in the reverse direction, or could there be a problem with the check valve on the outlet pipe, causing airflow to flow in the reverse direction and the compressor rotor to rotate backwards?~~
Which alarm indicates too low pressure before separation? Is there a vapor-liquid separator ahead? ~~

We had an alarm indicating inertial motion; it could be turned on again after the high-voltage cabinet was reset

If the system cannot start properly within the specified time, a steering error alarm is triggered. The logic behind this is that once starting occurs, pressure should be established; if this does not happen, the direction should reverse.
