There was a man who was hardworking and kind; he managed to build a successful career, enabling his family to lead a good life. He is a kind and considerate man who is good at showing filial piety, as well as a competent and good husband. However, in his thirties, he caused a fatal accident due to improper operation; fate did not spare him just because he was considered a good person by others, and ultimately it took him to another world. The man thought, \"I did good deeds during my lifetime, so after death I should go to the Land of Bliss. Yet I was taken to the eighteen layers of hell under the rule of the King of Hell.\" Confused beyond measure, he asked the King of Hell for leave to go to heaven and find out what was going on. The Jade Emperor smiled and told him to go ask the Buddha. The Buddha took him to a window from which he could see all the aspects of human life. The man clearly saw that because of his departure, his elderly father had to go and work at the gate just to make ends meet ; Her beautiful wife too has had to work to bear the burdens of life; now she looks much older and worn out ; Look again at one’s beloved son or daughter, who, due to the inability to afford high tuition fees, suffer from rejection and mockery by their classmates. ······ ······ The man saw all of this and his heart bled. At that moment, the Buddha spoke: \"Because of your violations of the rules, your departure, your loved ones are in extreme pain, living a hellish life in this world – how can you then enter the Land of Ultimate Bliss?\" ! \"The man finally realized that loving one’s family should start with loving oneself; to love oneself means following safety procedures. Only by maintaining one’s own life and health can one provide protection for one’s family... Whether it’s a man or a woman, the priority is to pay attention to safety, cherish life, and value oneself, so as to be able to love life, achieve one’s goals, and take care of the elderly and children.\" Therefore, for the sake of our families, at work we often have to tell ourselves: we must adhere to safety procedures and not violate labor discipline!
