Safe distance between water tanks and heavy diesel storage tanks

Dear sea friends: Due to the water restriction requirements during the summer, our company has purchased water from other sources and installed a water storage tank to be used as a source of water for replenishing the circulating cooling water in the future； Due to space constraints, this water storage tank needs to be located adjacent to the heavy diesel tank. Are there any requirements regarding the safety distance between these two tanks?
There are no requirements. Follow a safety distance of 4 meters from the oil tank. Add a fire barrier conditionally.
Which standard specifies 4 meters? ?
There are distance requirements between volatile liquids and non-volatile liquids specified in the fire protection design codes

GB50160 specifies the layout for tank groups; clause 6.2.5 makes it clear that within the same tank group, tanks with similar or comparable fire hazards should be placed together. If your water tanks are to be located in the same tank group as oil tanks, a dike should be used, and the spacing should be determined according to the category of the oil tanks, as indicated in Table 6.2.8
It is clearly specified in clause 6.2.5 of GB50016--2008 regarding storage and transportation facilities
The fire hazard of heavy diesel tanks should be Class C, right? If so, refer to Note 6 of Code for Building Design 4.2.2; when both tanks are less than 1,000 cubic meters, a spacing of 2 meters is generally sufficient.
