The program control circuit board is damaged. Solution: Replace the circuit board. II: The control panel of the adsorption dryer shows normal switching, but the relevant valves do not function properly. 1. Check that the small control air valve is not open or blocked, resulting in no control air being supplied to the pressure regulator. Solution: Readjust the small screw valve or replace it. 2. The pressure reducing valve has not been set to an appropriate pressure of 0.2 Mpa, resulting in insufficient driving pressure for the diaphragm valve. Solution: Regulate the pressure relief valve again to 0.2 Mpa. 3. No DC 24V voltage is output from the output terminals of the control box. Solution: Check and replace the relevant components. 4. The related solenoid valves are powered, but do not function properly. Solution: Check and replace, tighten the wire ends. 5. The diaphragm of the membrane valve is damaged, causing leakage and preventing the valve from opening. Solution: Replace the diaphragm and smooth the edges of the tray inside the valve. 3: The adsorption pressure of the adsorption dryer cannot be increased, the regeneration pressure does not return to zero, and a large amount of exhaust gas is released from the silencer. 1: Air is leaking past the exhaust check valve. Solution: Disassemble and inspect to remove foreign objects or replace them; 2. The valve spools of the related intake valves or exhaust valves are stuck, causing air leakage. Solution: Disassemble and inspect; issue 3 – the spool of the related solenoid valve is stuck, causing it to remain in the open position. Solution: Disassemble the solenoid valve to remove foreign objects from the valve core. 4. The opening degree of the regenerative ball valve is too large. Solution: Adjust to the appropriate opening again.
