Alkylation recommendations

Use ZhiDa alkylation units in the alkylation process again; DuPont’s options are not good enough – the operating costs are too high and corrosion is severe. Believe it or not, choosing DuPont means choosing a problematic solution. That’s all for this report. Additional note: Practice proves truth; you should visit several manufacturers that use DuPont’s alkylation method, communicate more with those working on the production lines, and gradually you’ll gain a different perspective! Are there not enough safety incidents? I come from a background in using the DuPont method; I haven’t been working with it for long, but I have plenty of experience in this area. Believe it or not, I’m not forcing anyone to do it – careful consideration is needed when evaluating projects. Don’t forget that there are many other people who can handle such tasks. I’m not forcing others to take part either; whether they choose to or not is up to them. I’ve explained why in my previous posts! I’m not from a design firm either; I’m just an operator. Just giving directions is far better than making exaggerated claims and being unable to solve problems that arise with the equipment. It’s also better than those who refuse to admit that there are issues with the design. Editor, I didn’t attack anyone; please don’t change my words. Someone thinks I’m pretending to understand when I actually can’t come up with any reasons why DuPont is good; I can’t just make things up. Say whatever you want; time will prove what I say, and practice as well as costs will do the same. It’s just like the fairy tale of the Emperor’s New Clothes. They all like to show off; they just have to say that the emperor is wearing clothes. As long as life goes on, the showing off continues. Another part of what I wrote has been deleted. I’m telling the truth; my messages keep getting deleted even though I’m not lying. Many members of this group are those who work in alkylation processes on forums, people who actually do this kind of work. If you’re going to delete it, delete it all – don’t be sneaky; it only makes people look down on you
