What are the hazards of excessive addition of passivators in catalytic cracking units?

Adding too much passivator is not only useless but also harmful; I wonder in what specific ways this manifests itself – has anyone encountered this or studied it?
That’s how I see it: passivators work on a principle similar to that of traditional Chinese medicine, where toxicity is used to counteract toxicity; they are themselves toxic, with antimony being their main component. In some passivators, the concentration of antimony can be as high as 25%, and an excess amount of it will inevitably cause antimony poisoning in the catalyst.
