Possible reasons why the converter cannot reach the desired temperature
1. The gas-water vapor ratio is too high, resulting in water contamination in the water gas; the catalyst has been in use for a long time and has become degraded, and the temperature at the inlet of the shift reactor is low
When the gas medium is dirty, the pores of the upper catalyst become clogged, and an increase in pressure difference is observed in the inlet preheater.
