One day, my girlfriend had a day off from work. She called me when she got off work and asked me to bring some vegetables and tofu, as she wanted to cook dinner. It was the first time she did that~ Hmm. . . It was the first time I tasted something made by my girlfriend; well, it’s delicious regardless

For soft tofu, I usually cut off a small piece, hold it in my hand, and cut it horizontally, vertically, and then into smaller pieces which I then put directly into the bowl or pot. It’s also placed on a cutting board, where I make a few cuts vertically, a few horizontally, and then slice it further~~~
