How can non-standard tanks be insulated without insulation rings? How exactly to carry out the construction by adding clamps? How?
There is already a insulation material in place, so welding is not possible. Insulation straps can be added, and angle steel supports can be used vertically for reinforcement
Well, I have an idea: if it’s supposed to have an odd shape, then we could use a square box or a round container, etc., whose shape can enclose the tank, and then fill it with insulation material – as long as the thinnest part meets the design requirements. It’s like a device in a pit – no matter how oddly shaped it is, if I dig a normal pit and pour cement into it, it will eventually be filled. ;P
The insulation nails can be welded on the spot; the insulation materials used for the tank body are in plate form (such as composite aluminum magnesium silicate plates). The length of these insulation nails is equal to the thickness of the insulation plates, which are hung around the tank in layers and then tied together with wire, after which metal sheets are installed at the back left side.
