However, the product contains impurities, and it is necessary to remove the fine particle impurities in the solution – particles with a size of 500 mesh and an impurity content of 10% – from the solution in reactors operating at temperatures over 200 degrees. I would like to know if there are any suitable equipment or processes for this purpose; please give me some advice!

What about those with a particle size of 500 mesh and a 10% impurity content? They shouldn’t cause clogging while still allowing for easy filtration

There is a large amount of impurities present, the temperature is high, and the particles are small; it would be ideal if these could settle. A batch process can be used: after dissolution, let the mixture stand so that the solid and liquid components separate naturally. It depends on how you design the process – consult relevant separation engineering resources for more details. After all, a forum isn’t a magic solution that can design a process for you; no one has that much time. When facing difficulties, explain your ideas and the details clearly (such as what exactly the modification project involves), and it’s best to include pictures so that others can help you come up with solutions. I don’t have any idea myself; you won’t get any useful answers by asking. It’s better to look up some information on your own first
