Aspen runtime error

When using Aspen to simulate calculations, the message \"An Aspen Plus system error has occurred. Simulation results can no longer be loaded interactively. All results will be purged\" appears; there are no results available. How can this issue be resolved? I’ve reinstalled the software, but it’s still the same
