I need a leak detection device using hollow fiber membranes recently. I would be extremely grateful if anyone could provide some information or contact details for manufacturers!
No tools are needed; simply lift the ultrafiltration cover, fill it with water, and open the air wash valve. If water flows out evenly from the top outlet, then it is in good condition. If water sprays out from somewhere, it means a wire is broken. Alternatively, a short section of plastic tube can be installed at the water outlet; if bubbles are seen in the tube during air washing, it indicates a broken wire. This method is the most practical.
