There are four processes for processing coal tar, with delayed coking being the most widely used. Our plant is equipped with this type of facility: the coal tar first goes to the coking workshop, where it is heated to high temperatures in heating furnaces; the temperature at the outlet of these furnaces reaches 450 degrees. In the coking tower, the heavier components undergo cracking and condensation, resulting in coke formation, while the lighter components proceed through oil and gas lines to the distillation tower. After distillation, products such as diesel, gasoline, and wax oil are produced, which are then sent to the storage area to serve as raw materials for hydrogenation refining in the hydrogenation workshop
