The plates of the plate and frame filter in the copper smelting acid production wastewater treatment system cannot be made hard enough
What does that mean? What are the main components in your water?
Does it mean that the filter cake does not take shape? It is difficult to shape the filter cake using plate and frame filters. Now, most use filter presses with pressing functions. The example I saw was a filter press with both feed pressure and pressing pressure at 10 bar. The sludge filter cake was well formed.
