Should I go for the new project at the factory?

I work on the company’s existing projects. As new projects are developed and brought online, new projects are now being established in the old factory; there are different managers in charge, and it is also possible to transfer to other positions within the company. I actually really want to work on the new project; I feel that there’s a lot to learn there, which would be helpful for my development. But due to funding issues, the scope of the project has been reduced, and the level of automation is low. I’ve heard that the workload is quite heavy, so I’m a bit hesitant! I’m quite torn; I need the guidance of an experienced teacher
After a few new devices are put into operation, it can be ignored~~~~ Learning is relative~~~~ The important thing is to put what has been learned into practice~~~~ One or two times is enough; otherwise it’s too exhausting~~~
From my own experience, encountering several new projects can be very beneficial for one’s development, as working on such projects involves interacting with different people, exposing one to knowledge outside one’s own field of expertise, and providing more opportunities for growth. However, whether one can truly succeed depends on the individual; ultimately, only a few people among a group of peers manage to stand out.

For newcomers, it’s better to train on new equipment. That’s what I did back then; after a year in the company, I got the chance to join a new project team, where I was able to learn a lot. It’s also a great way to broaden one’s horizons
