To ensure the long-term stable operation of the turbine flowmeter, it is necessary to regularly check its operating condition, carry out proper maintenance, and address any issues that arise promptly. I summarize the following points for reference: 1. Before putting it into operation, it is necessary to set the meter coefficient of the flowmeter and conduct a thorough check; power can only be supplied after confirming that the wiring of the turbine flowmeter is correct and that its grounding is proper. 2. Regularly check the condition of the display instruments, assess their readings in a timely manner, and address any abnormalities promptly. 3. Keep the filter unobstructed. It can be determined whether the filter is clogged by impurities by an increase in the difference between the pressure readings at its inlet and outlet; if clogging occurs, it should be removed promptly, otherwise the flow rate will be significantly reduced. 4. Regularly clean, inspect, and recalibrate the turbine flowmeter. Turboflow meters equipped with lubricant or cleaning fluid injection ports should have lubricant or cleaning fluid injected regularly as specified in the instructions, in order to ensure the proper operation of the impeller. 5. For high-volume trade settlement metering, to ensure the accuracy of turbine flowmeters, they must be calibrated regularly.
