The furnace door is smoking and on fire; is this related to the pressure of the circulating ammonia water? It’s a 4 cubic meter coke oven, with the original ammonia water pressure at 0.2 MPa, and it has now been increased to 0.3 MPa
It is also related to the coal cakes being loaded rubbing against the walls of the carbonization chamber
It has nothing to do with ammonia. 1. Clean the furnace door frame and blade edges promptly to keep them clean. 2. Ensure that the blade edges are in good condition. 3. Maintain normal pressure in the gas collection pipe. 4. Install the furnace door in place.
