Excluding the periphery and tank area, it refers to the construction cost of the plant itself. If estimating, how should one estimate it? Is it the sum of the estimated costs for various items (initial design + civil work + procurement and installation of equipment and pipelines + procurement and installation of instrumentation, electrical, and control equipment + commissioning, trial operation, etc.)? We recently conducted an asset audit – the initial value of our equipment was either 120 million or 130 million yuan.
