The first phase of construction involves two boilers and two turbines: 2×300-ton/day circulating fluidized bed boilers, along with 2×6MW steam turbine generators. It is capable of processing 600 tons of waste per day, amounting to 200,000 tons of municipal waste per year. The power generation capacity is 75 million kWh, while the electricity supply volume is 56 million kWh. The total investment amounts to 246 million RMB. It belongs to the category of circular economy industry projects that are encouraged; such projects handle municipal solid waste in a way that ensures its harmless treatment, resource utilization, and reduction, generate electricity using waste heat while ensuring compliance with emission standards, thereby promoting comprehensive resource utilization and sustainable economic development. Phase II is currently under expansion.
