Common faults of high-pressure blowers and their solutions

(I) Fan does not rotate 1. Power not connected — Connect power supply. 2. Motor not working — Check motor wiring or replace the motor. 3. Fan head damaged — Repair the fan or replace it. 4. Foreign objects stuck inside the fan — Remove the foreign objects.(II) Increased noise in the high-pressure fan 1. Gear knocking sound — Replace the damaged gear set. 2. Bearings damaged — Replace the bearings. 3. Impeller worn — Replace the impeller or pump head. 4. Fasteners loose or fallen off — Tighten the fasteners. 5. Foreign objects inside the fan — Remove the foreign objects or burrs.
(III) Increased vibration 1. Vibration in the output shaft — Replace the damaged bearing. 2. Impeller unbalanced — Remove foreign objects from the impeller or adjust its dynamic balance. 3. Main shaft deformed — Replace the main shaft or pump head. 4. Operating condition enters the turbulent flow zone — Adjust the operating conditions to avoid this zone. 5. Filters at the inlet and outlet blocked — Clean the filters.
(IV) Increased temperature 1. Excessively high temperature at the inlet — Lower the inlet temperature. 2. Dry lubrication of bearings — Apply bearing grease. 3. Reduced fan efficiency — Remove dust from the air passages. 4. Change in operating conditions — Adjust the operating conditions. 5. Increased ambient temperature — Improve the environment and enhance ventilation for heat dissipation.
(V) Decreased pressure 1. Reduced speed of the pump head — Low power supply voltage or motor failure. 2. Increased resistance in the piping system — Reduce the resistance in the piping system. 3. Change in operating conditions — Adjust the operating conditions. 4. Motor rotating in the opposite direction — Rewire the motor.
(VI) Reduced flow rate 1. Filters at the inlet and outlet blocked — Clean the filters. 2. Reduced speed of the pump head — Low power supply voltage or motor failure. 3. Increased resistance in the piping system — Reduce the resistance in the piping system. 4. Changes in operating conditions — Adjust the operating conditions. 5. Motor rotating in the opposite direction — Rewire the motor
