Everyone: Do you take a lunch break at work?
Those on the day shift who don’t go home at noon have a lunch break; those on shift rotations do not
The time is short, there’s no lunch break....
It would be great if you posted a voting thread. I'm taking a lunch break.
In summer, the days are long and there is time for a lunch break; now the days are short.
Eat in the cafeteria, watch a movie at noon, go for a swim, and take a short nap!
Lunch time is short, but I try to take a short nap if I have the time; otherwise I won’t be in good shape in the afternoon
Confucius said: If you don’t sleep at noon, you’ll collapse in the afternoon. According to the theory of meridian flow, around 1 o’clock is the time when the heart needs rest; taking a 20-minute nap at that time helps to avoid feeling sleepy during work in the afternoon. Take a nap if conditions permit. There is a nap taken for an average of 300 days per year.
Regardless of whether it’s spring, summer, autumn, or winter, I finish work at 12 o’clock and start working again at 1 o’clock. I would like to take a lunch break, but I don’t have the time; by the time I finish eating, it’s already 12:20. I smoke two cigarettes at 12:40, then go to the bathroom, and after that it’s time to go back to work (roll call is at 12:50)
