We currently use vacuum dryers to dry materials with a high oil content, at a drying temperature of 190°C. The drying effect is quite good. However, the silicone gaskets used in these dryers are damaged by high oil levels and high temperatures, which leads to rapid aging and a short service life. A new gasket will age and break after being used only 3-4 times, and can no longer be used. So, I would like to ask everyone if there are any gaskets made of other materials that can withstand both high oil levels and high temperatures
The silicone sealing gaskets used in the drying oven are resistant to corrosion caused by high oil levels and high temperatures; it would be advisable to have the manufacturer handle this issue further
