I’m wondering if there is a minimum liquid level limit when distilling in a distillation vessel. For example, I’m currently using a 2000L vessel to distill a solvent, of which only 200L is the solute while more than 1000L is the solvent; as the liquid level gradually drops, can distillation still take place with only that small amount left?
