For workers involved in the production of large-scale air separation units, bare-cooling operations may have been experienced or may not have been encountered yet. So, what needs to be done during such operations? Are there any particular things to keep in mind regarding adjustment? What else should be paid attention to on site? How should the blow-off valves and liquid blowing valves on the distillation column be properly controlled for opening and closing? What are some other tips for controlling the blow-off valve? Let’s now bring together those of us who have previously carried out operations in cold conditions without protective gear to discuss this matter.
