When multiple spaces with different functions are located within the same building, fire separation should be provided between them. How exactly should the functions here be defined? For example, should process production be considered one category, and packaging another? Or if anyone has encountered similar situations at work, please share examples to help me understand better.
Workshops are definitely used for production, while packaging is in a separate area. It is generally not allowed to be installed in Class A or B workshops; it requires to be separate.
What exactly are these multiple functions? You need to categorize them. The production processes and packaging you mentioned are completely inseparable; production equipment necessarily requires packaging – at the very least, painting is necessary. You need to be clear about this

Areas that might be used in the production workshop, such as packaging rooms, feeding rooms, control rooms, analysis rooms, tool rooms, and rest areas, all need to be isolated. But now, activities such as control, analysis, and rest are not allowed in Class A and B workshops.
