Dear sea friends! Could everyone recommend some high-quality mass flow meters that are domestically produced, affordable, and come with built-in quantitative control functionality? I’ve also used Emerson products; they are indeed good, but the price is way too high! Our small factory can’t afford it. I’ve used Zhonglong mass flow meters before, and they weren’t very satisfactory! Thank you all!

It’s not an advertisement – Xi’an Dongfeng Electromechanical is one of the first companies in China to develop and manufacture mass flow meters; some facilities operated by Sinopec use these meters, and they are considered among the best of domestic production. Taiyuan Taihang is passable as well. It is a subsidiary of AVIC that manufactures aerospace and military instruments; however, mass flow meters fall under its civilian products.
For domestic options, go with Xi’an Dongfeng; our factory has been using it for 6 years.
What is the diameter, and what are the rated flow rate and other process parameters? Message me and I’ll give you recommendations.
For Dongfeng Electric, it’s better to choose those with a medium-sized diameter gauge
I’ve learned it.* Are mass flowmeters used for trade settlement, or are those with better quality and accuracy preferred?
"What does it mean to have built-in quantitative control? :)
It enables batch (quantitative) control; for example, if I need 5T of material, after setting the value and the required amount of 5T has been delivered, it can trigger the relay to stop the pump or valve from operating
