What’s it like to have someone who knows nothing giving orders blindly?

Have you encountered someone at work who doesn’t understand anything yet still tries to give orders? It’s better to be able to speak well than to actually be capable of doing things!
Having someone who knows nothing as a leader is even more conducive to allowing those beneath them to fully utilize their initiative. Our staff hospital has a person who has nothing to do with medicine as its director, and the management of the hospital is much better now.
Managing things on one’s own is fine, but the problem is giving wrong instructions
When the manager saw that the technicians were conducting a distillation experiment and that the cooling effect of the coiled tubes was not very good, with slight white smoke appearing, his first reaction was to pick up the rubber stopper from the lab table and plug it in. Fortunately, it was a non-hazardous experiment; thankfully, it was just an experiment! If you try to operate the new device and make it take off, the chances of it going up into the sky are probably extremely high!
