I’m a newcomer; the company’s computer has the installation files for the standalone version of SW6-V3.0. I followed the installation instructions, plugged in the encryption device, and started the 3.0 program – only to see an error message stating that “the program was terminated abnormally due to the following hardware error: The encryption device is not plugged in or is damaged. Please check it.” ”The dialog box. But when I removed the crypto dongle and reopened the 3.0 calculation, the program ran properly. I hope the experts here can help me figure out what’s going on. If I stop using the encryption dongle and go with version 3.0 for calculations, will there be any problems?
Hey, I hope all the experts here can help answer my questions; I’m extremely grateful
Your standalone installation file might be cracked; you can go to the device center website to download the latest installer and see if the problem persists.
Thank you. The installation files are in the company’s shared folder. Others can use it properly after installing it and connecting the USB dongle, but I have to remove the dongle in order to use it after installation
Then go and ask your company’s network administrator.
It shouldn’t happen, but I’d better check if there’s something wrong with the installation files...
Try installing the encrypted block driver in the SW6 folder to see if it can solve your problem
It’s possible that cracked files were once installed on your computer and weren’t removed when reinstalling. It is recommended to uninstall the program first and delete all remaining files from the original folder before attempting to reinstall it.
Uninstall 2.0 and it’ll be fine:lol
