Our company originally used Foxboro’s float level gauges. At first they worked quite stably, but later on, due to large errors, calibration didn’t help either – accurate measurements were still not possible (the process couldn’t provide an accurate density value, and carbon deposition occurred on the float itself). The process temperature was 250°C and the pressure was 60 bar. I would like to ask if there are any other instruments that can be used to measure the level
How are split-type guided-wave radar level gauges? Please take into account various factors and find some samples to see if they are suitable.

These are merely design densities, and even the manufacturing process cannot guarantee their accuracy; fats will solidify when the temperature is low
That’s right; in terms of hydrolysis design, we are leaders in China; I have seen the control systems used for the interfaces of hydrolysis towers in many plants; some use capacitors, some employ external float switches, and others use double flanges. None of these systems can maintain stability over a long period of time. The reason for this is that the crude oil used is of very poor quality, with a high gel content, which makes it impossible to use any type of level gauge effectively. The only solution for now is to control the area of the interface and add more sampling points~
