That year, I wore protective gear as required, ensuring I didn’t harm myself, and at the same time supervised those around me!
Progress in the work remains difficult; the road ahead is long and arduous, but I will keep moving forward!
It is necessary to cultivate the habit of wearing earplugs among all those who work in high-noise environments (such as those working outside compressors).
As usual, one must take proper personal protective measures, and at the same time train, inspect, and supervise employees to do the same.
